3 TO 4lb. roast ( I use rump or chuck )
1/2 cup red cooking wine
splash worcestershire sauce
tbsp. dry minced onion
pepper
season-all
potatoes
carrots
Put roast in crock pot
add the remaining ingredients ( potatoes and carrots last )
sprinkle a little season-all on veggies
cook on low for 8 to 10 hours
