| This shot was taken at the visitor center at Assateague National Park on the Eastern Shore of Virginia near Chincoteague. The Delmarva Fox Squirrel is very rare and on the endangered species list. I was quite lucky to get a closeup of one. If you get a chance to visit, be sure to obey the speed limit because these squirrels love to cross the road to see what's on the other side. This is a poster of a Delmarva Fox Squirrel. It's @380K in file size and it's a nice shot. |
