| This shot was taken at Assateague National Park which is located on the Eastern Shore of Virginia near Chincoteague. These "wild" ponies are seen all over the park. They are said to be the descendents of the survivors of a Spanish shipwreck. In late July the Chincoteague firemen have a roundup of these ponies and the young ones are auctioned off.
